NRA Home Firearms Safety Course
All current dates are on Saturdays. Courses run from 11am to 3pm.
*There is a 10 person minimum class requirement. Classes not meeting the minimum by Thursday prior to the class date may be canceled and/or rescheduled.
This course meets the VA State Police requirements for a Concealed Handgun Permit, however Dance’s recommends checking with your local law enforcement for any more requirements.
This course is a 4 hour classroom-only course that reviews basic firearms safety, handling, cleaning, and identification of types of firearms.
Call (804) 526-8399 to register. Payment must be made in advance to confirm a seat in the class. Pricing is $75 per seat or $50 if signing up while purchasing a handgun from Dance’s Sporting Goods.
